Regardless of the type of prostatitis detected - bacterial or abacterial - antibiotics are prescribed: Amoxicillin, Ceftriaxone, Levofloxacin. This is not a universal set, the preparations are selected according to individual indications and always with a set of drugs and procedures to eliminate the symptoms of inflammation and provide immune support.
Diagnosis and treatment of prostate adenoma
If you suspect an adenoma, CT or MRI may be ordered in addition to standard tests. If the PSA test is weak, a biopsy will be performed.
Two groups of drugs are used to treat prostate adenoma: to suppress tumor growth and to facilitate urination. You can try drugs that solve these two problems at the same time. As an independent means, "Palm creeping fruit extract", "Prostate extract" are ineffective.
